Simply the best service and knowledge. We had a Laycock Type-D overdrive that was non-functional. I disassembled it, and found that the planet-gear carrier had worn out. I sent multiple parts over to ORS, which set me up with a replacement carrier, sunwheel, and related parts. All done quickly and professionally. After they shipped the parts back, they continued to assist me with the proper procedures for reassembly and getting the unit functioning again. I can't say enough great things. Recommend them without hesitation.

sometimes things go wrong. We had a problem with a gearbox that overdrive repair services had recondioned. To say they pulled all the stops out is an understatement. These guys are simply excellent!

Rebuilt TR4 box to alleged high power spec crashed out in 60 miles total failure and masses of swarf. Overdrive would not disengage from day 1. Replaced with their rebuilt stag box as emergency swop this has now done 400 miles and heavy swarf now detected on oil drain plug at oil check change. It is absolutely gutting the money these units cost and the time to pull out and put in gearboxes. Should have just asked for refund and taken my original box elsewhere where skills are better.

Just picked up a beautifully reconditioned Triumph TR3 gearbox & overdrive unit after discovering my car had an incorrect saloon spec fitted in its past. The guys in Overdrive Repair Services were superb and I'd highly recommend using them !
