I disassembled it, and found that the planet-gear carrier had worn out. I sent multiple parts over to ORS, which set me up with a replacement carrier, sunwheel, and related parts. All done quickly and professionally. After they shipped the parts back, they continued to assist me with the proper procedures for reassembly and getting the unit functioning again.
